CashSpace review

Marketplaceforwards your application3.4/5

The marketplace we would use first after a decline. One application reaches several lenders, and unlike its sister brand Crezu — both are Fininity Ltd — the representative example it publishes is consistent with the ceiling: ₱10,000 over three months repaying ₱11,000, an effective 4.9% a month. Same operator, same copy, a very different number, and this is the one that adds up.

CashSpace is a marketplace, not a lender. You submit one application and it forwards your details to lenders it works with. It does not need a Certificate of Authority because it never lends — the licence that matters belongs to whichever lender you are matched with.

We have not finished the SEC lookup for this provider. Until we have, verify it yourself on the SEC lists before applying.

Sub-scores are held on a 0–10 scale and shown that way for precision; the headline converts them to the 5-point scale. Cost of credit is not scored here: a marketplace does not set the price, so the criterion does not apply and its weight is spread across the rest.

Who it suits

Worth a look if you have already been turned down somewhere and want to reach several lenders from one form. Less useful if you already know which lender you want, because going direct means one credit check and one company holding your information.

Trade-offs

In its favour

  • One application is shown to several lenders, so you are not filling in the same form five times
  • Often surfaces an option for someone a single lender has already declined
  • Useful for seeing the spread of what you might qualify for before committing to one lender

Against it

  • You will not know which company actually lends you the money until you are matched
  • Your details go to more than one lender, so expect follow-up contact from several
  • Advertised amounts and rates are a range across partner lenders, not an offer to you
  • It holds no Certificate of Authority because it does not lend. The licence that matters belongs to whoever it matches you with

Questions people ask about CashSpace

Is CashSpace legit?

CashSpace presents as a comparison service that forwards your application to partner lenders rather than lending itself. A marketplace does not need a Certificate of Authority, so 'is it SEC-registered' is the wrong question; the right ones are who operates it and which lenders it forwards you to. We have not yet identified the operator, and the review says so.

How much can I borrow through CashSpace, and what does it cost?

Its site advertises ₱500 to ₱25,000 across partner lenders over 61 to 120 days, at 12% to a maximum 36% APR. Its own worked example is ₱10,000 over three months repaid at ₱11,000 — an effective 4.9% a month. The partner that accepts you sets the actual price.

Who is CashSpace best for?

Someone a direct lender has already declined, who wants one application to reach several lenders at once and accepts that each of them then holds their details.

We earn a commission when you apply through some of the links on this page, and that can affect the order providers appear in. It does not affect whether we tell you a provider is a broker rather than a lender, or that we could not verify its registration.

Borrow only what you can repay. Compare the effective interest rate, including fees, rather than the advertised daily or monthly rate — they are not the same number. Missing payments adds penalties and is reported to the credit bureau. If a lender or collector threatens you or contacts the people in your phone, that is prohibited, and you can report it to the SEC.

Borrower reviews

Nobody has submitted a review of CashSpace yet. When they do, they appear here in full — we do not write them ourselves and we do not buy them in.

Tell other people what actually happened — the amount you were offered, the fees you were charged, how collection was handled. We publish real submissions only, and we read each one first.

Form not configured: set VITE_WEB3FORMS_KEY before deploying, or this collects nothing.
