Calabarzon minimum wage
IVA-22 rolled out in two tranches from 5 October 2025; the final tranche has been in force since 1 April 2026, taking the headline non-agricultural rate from ₱525 to ₱600 and agriculture from ₱508 to ₱525. The order tiers rates by city and municipality class across Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon — ₱600 is the top tier — and retail or service establishments with ten or fewer workers sit at ₱508. Check the specific locality against the order rather than relying on one figure.

Monthly equivalent
At 26 paid days a month, the non-agricultural rate of ₱600 a day works out to roughly ₱15,600 a month before deductions. A different divisor changes the monthly figure but never the daily floor.
Which row applies to you
Agriculture, and retail/service with 15 or fewer workers, and manufacturing with fewer than 10 fall in the lower tier. The classification comes from the wage order itself, not from the job title on your contract.
