PHP 85 total increase in two tranches — the largest single daily adjustment enacted in Metro Manila. DOLE first announced 19 July; the signed order was published 9 July and takes effect 15 days after publication.

Monthly equivalent
At 26 paid days a month, the non-agricultural rate of ₱755 a day works out to roughly ₱19,630 a month before deductions. A different divisor changes the monthly figure but never the daily floor.
Which row applies to you
Agriculture, and retail/service with 15 or fewer workers, and manufacturing with fewer than 10 fall in the lower tier. The classification comes from the wage order itself, not from the job title on your contract.
